Can I return my door?
Doors can be returned for a full store credit provided they have not been installed and are in their original condition. 60 day exchange window.
Cash refunds are possible for a 20% restocking fee provided they have not been installed and are in their original condition. A refund will be issued within 7 business days. Maximum 30 day return window.
If you need to make a return, simply contact us and we can arrange to pick up the door and bring you a replacement if needed.
