How it’s made?
Every door we offer is built using dependable, high quality components selected for long term performance. Our door slabs start with primed 24 gauge steel skins that offer an ultra smooth finish. Next, finger jointed stiles and rails are added to frame out the door and offer easy lock and handle installation. Finally high grade polyurethane is added for insulation and energy efficiency .
Our glass inserts come from a leading Canadian manufacturer known for clarity, structural integrity, and consistent quality. Whether it’s a simple design or decorative glass, each insert is produced to tight standards and designed to integrate seamlessly into the door system.
Although a high quality slab is critical, the entire door system must be kept to the same standard to maintain durability for years to come. Assembled using industry standard methods, gesso primed finger joint jambs, aluminum sill, satin nickel security hinges and high density weather strip are added to round out the entire prehung door system.
