Do you offer special or non-stock items?

Some doors and options are not part of our regular stock. These custom or non-standard items require a deposit at the time of ordering and typically come with a 1-2 month lead time for production. An example of a special order would be an outswing door.

If an item is shown as out of stock but is part of our standard inventory, it can be backordered without a deposit. These items are replenished regularly and will be fulfilled as soon as the next shipment arrives.
