Door Handing

Door handing refers to the direction a door opens and which side the hinges are mounted on. Choosing the correct handing is essential for proper function. By using the diagram, you can easily identify whether your space requires a left-hand or right-hand, in-swing or out-swing configuration. Taking a moment to confirm the handing before ordering ensures your new door will operate exactly as intended. Please note that in-swing doors are the most common style of exterior door.
